Education

I have been pursuing an art based career since my friend introduced me to Digital Art in 2021. I began drawing on the notes app on my phone with just my finger, but over time have obtained the means to create better art.

I first tried getting into The BRIT School in 2022. I wasn't really expecting to get in, but I wanted to try. The same friend had been helping me learn throughout the year and I had managed to accumulate a good amount of work. I didn't get in. But I didn't lose hope. I knew I wanted to go to this school, I just had to work harder. So I did. I reapplied and spent that time strengthening my portfolio, expanding my knowledge and learning new things. And the second time around, my hard work paid off.

In the year of 2023, I began my education at The BRIT School. I can confidently say that I loved being there. I made friends, learned things I had only dreamt of being able to learn and for the first time in my life, I was progressing effectively in a school environment. And I couldn't have been happier.

I graduated The BRIT School in 2025 with a Distinction in Digital Art and applied to University. I had been researching Escape Studios for some time and knew that this is where I wanted to be next. I made sure I had backup plans, but in the back of my mind I didn't want to use these plans. After receiving a Distinction, I knew I had managed to get into the University I had been wanting to go to for about half a year.

And now, up to this point in time, I am studying a MaArt degree in Video Game Art at Escape Studios. I am being introduced to even more interesting subjects, including VFX and Compositing which I am finding difficult but very interesting.
